Frederick's Future Is On the Ballot

This election isn’t about me — it’s about us. About whether Frederick will move forward with smart growth, strong planning, and leadership that listens to every resident.

Over the past few months, I’ve had hundreds of conversations at doors, community events, and forums. What I’ve heard is clear: Frederick families, workers, and businesses want a city that plans better, executes better, and builds a future where all of us can thrive.
That’s why I stepped up to run for City Council At-Large. As a social worker, Medicaid policy analyst, and community advocate, I’ve built my career on identifying barriers and creating real solutions. I know how to listen, bring people together, and turn ideas into action — and I’ll bring that same approach to City Hall.
I’m proud to be endorsed by Frederick County Progressives and Progressive Maryland, and I’m energized by the volunteers, donors, and neighbors who believe in this campaign. But at the end of the day, what matters most is you — and your vote on September 9.
Frederick’s future is on the ballot. Let’s choose a city that works for everyone. I ask for your support and your vote.
💛Libby Taylor
Candidate for Frederick City Council At-Large
