In the News & Forums
At the August 6th Forum, Libby Taylor outlined her vision for a Frederick that puts people first. She spoke about the need for:
-
People-First Development – ensuring growth reflects community needs, not just developers’ interests.
-
Affordable Housing – pursuing creative solutions like accessory dwelling units, co-housing, and zoning reform.
-
Accessible Childcare – expanding quality, affordable options so families can thrive.
-
Community Engagement – strengthening neighborhood input and making City Hall more responsive.
-
Accountability – demanding transparency and follow-through from local leaders.
Libby’s message was clear: Frederick deserves leaders who listen, act, and put residents at the center of every decision.
